Vokhma

an urban-type settlement and center of Vokhma Raion, Kostroma Oblast, RSFSR, 100 km northeast of the Shar’ia railroad station on the Galich-Kirov line. Population, 4,200 (1968). Vokhma has a milk plant, a linen factory, and a logging and timber-distribution establishment.
