Rogatin

a city (since 1939) and administrative center of Ro-gatin Raion, Ivano-Frankovsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR. Located on the Gnilaia Lipa River, a tributary of the Dnestr. Railroad station on the Ternopol’-Khodorov line. Highway junction. Rogatin has a bread-products combine, a branch of the L’vov Electric Fixtures Plant, and a sovkhoz-technicum.
