Special Features:Ute Lake, an impoundment on the Canadian River, is one of the longestlakes in the state at nearly 13 miles. It is also narrow, with itswidth never exceeding one mile. The lake offers some of the bestwalleye fishing in New Mexico, and visitors can fish 24 hours a day every day of the year.
