Ramachandran plot
Ram·a·chan·dran plot (rahm'a-chahn'drahn), a graphic representation in which the dihedral angle of rotation about the α-carbon-to-carbonyl-carbon bond in polypeptides is plotted against the dihedral angle of rotation about the α-carbon-to-nitrogen bond.
