paradidymis [par″ah-did´ĭ-mis] a small, vestigial structure found occasionally in the adult in the anterior part of the spermatic cord.par·a·did·y·mis, pl. par·a·did·y·mi·des (par'ă-did'i-mis, -di-dim'i-dēz), [TA] Do not confuse this word with perididymis.A small body sometimes attached to the front of the lower part of the spermatic cord above the head of the epididymis; the remnants of tubules of the mesonephros. Its equivalent in the female is the paroöphoron.
