pranic psychotherapy

pranic psychotherapy

Ayurvedic medicine
A permutation of pranic healing used to alleviate psychological and emotional problems. Per the ayurvedic construct, trauma and adverse experiences are held in an individual’s prana or etheric (spiritual) body as negative energy, which can be dissipated and removed by the practitioner without physical contact with the patient. Pranic psychotherapy is believed to be effective in treating alcoholism and other addiction disorders, anxiety, compulsive behaviours, depression, grief, hysteria, impotence, phobias and suicidal ideation.
