 [sĕ-mus´tēn] the methyl analog of lomustine, a cytotoxic alkylating agent used as an antineoplastic agent, primarily for treatment of brain tumors, colorectal carcinoma, gastric carcinoma, Hodgkin's disease, and malignant melanoma.
