Pasvalys

a city and administrative center of Pasvalys Raion, Lithuanian SSR. Pasvalys is situated at the confluence of the Levuo and Svalia rivers (Lielupe River basin). It has a railroad station on the Ŝiauliai-Biržai line, 79 km northeast of Ŝiauliai. It has a butter factory and a museum of local lore.
