Trimetozine

a tranquilizer that acts as a nervous system sedative and enhances the effect of narcotics and soporifics. Trimetozine is effective in the treatment of neurotic states accompanied by anxiety, fear, sleep disorders, and irritability. In the treatment of psychiatric illnesses, trimetozine is used in conjunction with neuroleptics.
