Unbundled parking Unbundled parkingA parking strategy in which parking spaces are rented or sold separately, rather than automatically included with the rent or purchase price of a residential or commercial unit. Tenants or owners can purchase only as much parking as they need and are given the opportunity to save money and space by using fewer parking stalls.
