Beisuzhek-Levyi

(or Iuzhnyi), a river in Krasnodar Krai, RSFSR; left tributary of the Beisug. Length, 161 km; basin area, 1,890 sq km. Flows through a plains region. Its high-water period is from February through April. It freezes over in late December, opening up again in mid-March. The city of Korenovsk is located on the river.
