Stahl, O. (Oscar) Glenn

(1910– ) writer, lecturer, government official; born in Evansville, Ind. He specialized in public personnel issues in his work at the Federal Security Agency (1941–51) and U.S. Civil Service Commission (1951–69), where he directed bureau policies and standards. His books include many editions of Public Personnel Administration and Personnel Administration: Standing Up for Government (1990).
