Touch Bar

Apple's multitouch toolbar introduced on its 2016 line of MacBook Pro laptops. The Touch Bar was a unique addition to Apple's laptop line that allows applications to offer touch access to their most important functions. Very innovative, any Mac application can be made to display essential functions for the currently running process. Applications can change the touch keys for different modes the user might select.
