PDLIM2
A gene on chromosome 8p21.3 that encodes an adapter protein located at the actin cytoskeleton, which promotes cell attachment. PDLIM2 overexpression enhances cell adhesion to collagen and fibronectin andsuppresses anchorage-independent growth, and it thus is thought to play a role in tumour cell migration.
