A combination agent containing:(1) chlorpheniramine—an antihistamine for symptoms of allergies (e.g., rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes, sneezing); and
(2) pseudoephedrine—a decongestant that promotes sinus draining and improves breathing.
Adverse effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, anorexia, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability, dry mouth and nose.
Serious symptoms
Dyspnoea, palpitations, chest pain, ringing in ears, dysuria.
