Abrikosov-Suhl resonance

[‚ab·rə′kä·sȯf ′sül ′rez·ən·əns] (solid-state physics) For materials that display the Kondo effect, a long-lived scattering resonance of electronic states near the Fermi level that forms at temperatures less than the Kondo temperature; accounts for the qualitative behavior of resistivity and magnetic susceptibility as functions of temperature. Also known as Kondo resonance.
