State: PennsylvaniaI sold some things on the net the man sent me cashier checks 2 checks for 3800 each I cashed them at my bank they made the funds available to me immediately, the checks turned out to be counterfeit I had no idea they were now they are charging me with 2 counts of forgery felonies and receiving stolen property, I am willing to make payments and pay it back I just don't want to go to jail have a hearing tomorrow am I going to go to Jail?
