I think the person might have been undercover because several other stores around me got busted also.I want to do a no contest plea for the citation.I was wondering how I would explain the mitigating circumstances.I'm pretty thorough about checking ID for people that look under the age of 30.So I'm not sure what I should write.

You can explain you are very diligent about that process and have never had a problem, maybe you even though you knew the person already etc.
