Staraia Kulatka

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Staraia Kulatka Raion, Ul’ianovsk Oblast, RSFSR. Situated on the Kulatka River of the Volga River basin, Staraia Kulatka is located 25 km from the Kulatka railroad station on the Saratov-Syzran’ line. It has a butter factory, an industrial combine, and a bread-baking combine.
