Sevan Barrow Burial Ground
an archaeological remain, dating from the second half of the second millennium B.C., located near the village of Lchashen on the northwestern shore of Lake Sevan in the Armenian SSR. The Sevan Barrow Burial Ground was discovered in 1956. Burials of inhabitants and tribal chiefs yielded weapons, tools, carts, chariots, joinery, carved stones, and ornamental pottery.
