a complex of structures and equipment for steaming railroad tank cars and washing petroleum-product residue from them and preparing the cars for refilling with various liquid fuels and food products. The tank-car cleaning facility is usually located in roofed premises in a structure with a two-sided platform and open platforms to provide access to the tank cars from above. Among other things, the facility is equipped with vacuum units for removing all residue of light petroleum products and industrial water, a hot- and cold-water supply system, a degassing unit, and a water purification system.
