Volodarskii

an urban-type settlement, the administrative center of Volodarskii Raion, Astrakhan Oblast, RSFSR. Located on the Volga Delta, 50 km northeast of Astrakhan. Population, 7,100 (1968). Volodarskii has a fishing industry and a fish-canning combine.
