VR ready

VR ready

A computer fast enough to support virtual reality applications. Available as towers or laptops, such machines have the fastest graphics cards and processors. They also have a large number of USB ports; for example, the Oculus Rift requires three USB 3.0 ports and one USB 2.0. The headset, positional tracker and Oculus Touch controller each take a 3.0 port. See VR headset and virtual reality.
