refeeding gynecomastia

re·fe·ed·ing gy·ne·co·ma·sti·a

It probably represents an imbalance in endocrine function, because some bodily systems increase function before others; seen most notably at the end of World War II, when concentration camp inmates and Allied prisoners of war were freed.
