(1938–)Israeli-born Canadian architect who designed the Habitat Housing (illus.), Montreal, Canada (1967), for Expo ‘67, which consisted of prefabricated concrete housing units fitted together in an experimental design. Later work includes Vancouver Library Square (illus.) Vancouver, Canada (1991), the National Gallery of Canada, Ontario, and the Ontario City Hall, Ontario, Canada.
