Timsher

 

a river in Perm’ Oblast, RSFSR, a right tributary of the Southern Kel’tma River in the Kama River basin. The Timsher is 235 km long and drains an area of 2,650 sq km. The river originates in the upland Severnye Uvaly and flows through a swampy lowland. Fed predominantly by snow, the Timsher usually freezes in early November and opens up in late April.
