Suppressed Medical Cures and Technologies

The U.S. Patent Office is controlled by a committee of nine members who are in the pockets of powerful pharmaceutical, oil, and other companies, according to conspiracists. They are denying Americans a better, healthier, less costly life so that big corporations may profit.

There is a nine-member committee that screens applicants in the U.S. Patent Office with the express purpose of ferreting out those inventions that might in some way threaten national security. In this age when it is usually encouraged to create new energy devices and processes that might offer alternatives to our ravenous hunger for oil, one might suppose that there is a flood of applications from enthusiastic inventors who envision billions of dollars cascading down upon them as a reward for solving our energy quandary. Likewise, in a time of concerns about a balanced diet, the death tolls caused by cancer and heart disease, and a general obsession with health, thousands of proponents of various panaceas wish to protect their cures for anything and everything that ails their fellow humans.

The rub comes when the experts on the patent office committee rule that some bromide or energy invention must be suppressed because of its potential to create more death and destruction than health and prosperity. A classic example is that of the genius Nikola Tesla, whose advanced knowledge of electromagnetic principles also may have produced his legendary “Death Ray,” capable, some say, of destroying large sections of the planet.

There are estimated to be over 4,000 unnumbered patent applications that have been confiscated and locked in a vault at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office because of their possible “dual use” as potential military weapons or as cures that might in some cases promote epidemics rather than curtailing them.

Conspiracy theorists argue that the committee of nine harbors hidden agendas in its examination of patent applications. The members are in the pockets of the massive fossil fuel and power monopolies, the huge pharmaceutical companies, and the military-industrial complex, and they are paid well to squelch any new invention or cure that might cut into their profits. If average American families had a free energy device that could power their homes and vehicles, they wouldn’t need the big fuel or electrical companies. If average Americans could grow their own herbs for medicinal needs or had the knowledge of simple, but effective, home remedies, they wouldn’t need the expensive pills and nostrums of the pharmaceutical companies.

While there are advocates for natural medicines and inexpensive herbs and supplements, there will always be a need for instruments and devices to give aid to the blind, the deaf, those who have lost limbs, and others who suffer physical handicaps.

In 1958, when he was only fourteen, wunderkind Patrick Flanagan invented the neurophone, a device that enables the profoundly deaf to hear by transferring sounds directly into their brains, bypassing their ears. Although dozens of qualified medical doctors have tested and approved the device, the technology employed in the neurophone has been suppressed by the U.S. government for over fifty years, quite likely because classified electronic mind control programs utilize similar instrumentation.

In 1950, after many years of research, biochemist Dr. Ernest T. Krebs isolated a new vitamin that he labeled B-17 and called “Laetrile.” After many more years of testing, thousands of cancer sufferers firmly believed that Dr. Krebs had discovered the panacea that could conquer that dreadful disease. The national response to word-of-mouth endorsements was a massive attack on Laetrile by the pharmaceutical multinationals. In short order, Laetrile was suppressed in the United States, forcing thousands of Americans to travel to Mexico each year to undergo therapy at certain hospitals that treat cancer with nutrition. These hospitals claim a nearly one hundred percent recovery rate in treating tumors that have not been poisoned with chemotherapy, burned by radiation, or cut into with a surgeon’s scalpel.

In the 1960s and 1970s, French researcher Antoine Priore fashioned amazingly effective electromagnetic healing machines that cured a wide variety of the most difficult kinds of terminal diseases. Winning the support of French Prime Minister Jacques Chaban-Delmas; the World Health Organization; Andre Lwoff, the 1965 Nobel Prize winner for Medicine; members of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Bordeaux; and medical doctors specializing in cancer treatment at the Villejuf Institute for Cancer Research, Priore received millions of dollars in funds to sustain his research.

In 1974, multinational attacks cost Priore his local government support and his funding.

The highly respected American scientist Col. Tom Bearden has gone on record with his comment that government scientists recognized that a part of the Priore process could be weaponized as longitudinal EM wave interferometers. “In fact,” Col. Bearden pointed out, “every nuclear weapon on the planet, along with every nuclear power plant, every nuclear propulsion system, and so forth, can be dudded in about 10 minutes by one class of these weapons.”

Bearden himself has developed what he terms a “motionless electromagnetic generator” (MEG), which can produce over one hundred times the energy put into it. Bearden is among those scientists on the edge of tomorrow who also recognize the ancient reality of a universal energy, a moving force, that sustains the physical universe. This force that transcends ordinary reality has been spoken of by many names, such as the mana, prana, ki, chi, vril, odic force, orgone, the wakan, and even the Holy Spirit.

Wilhelm Reich, who believed in the power of orgone energy and built orgone “accumulators” that could cure cancer and other diseases, was convicted of fraud by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and died in prison in 1957.

Raymond Royal Rife was convinced that microorganisms could be seen if they were illuminated by certain wavelengths of light. Once the correct frequencies were focused on the wavelengths at which various viruses resonated, the microorganisms could be destroyed selectively without harming any of the adjacent healthy tissues.

It is interesting to note how many therapists claim that color is very important in healing modalities. Color therapy was originally popular with various New Age healers, but in 2008 researchers at Arizona State University claimed to have vibrated viruses to death with laser therapy. In 2003 Scientific American carried an article describing how red light can help prevent blindness in cases of methanol poisoning, which would otherwise destroy a victim’ retinas.

Rife died in 1971 under somewhat suspicious circumstances when he was given an overdose of a medicine. He has many supporters today who continue to market various versions of his machines.

William B. Stoecker, a columnist for Unexplained Mysteries, tells us there are other promising nontraditional approaches to healing, such as chelation therapy, vitamin therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen for strokes. But, he cautions, it appears that “the U.S. government is planning to follow the lead of the European Union’s Codex Alimentarius, which would ban virtually all over the counter supplements, leaving us … to the not-so-tender mercies of the FDA and the big pharmaceutical companies…. We may not have real proof of suppressed technologies, but we do have a suspicious overall pattern … and everything is in the patterns.”
