It contains the globular cluster M71 (NGC 6838). Abbrev.: Sge; genitive form: Sagittae; approx. position: RA 19.7h, dec +18°; area: 80 sq deg.Sagitta(or Arrow), a constellation in the northern celestial hemisphere. The visual magnitudes of its two brightest stars are 3.5 and 3.8. The best conditions for observing Sagitta are in July. The constellation is visible throughout the USSR.
