(ven-trik'yū-lō-fā'zik), Influenced by ventricular contraction; applied to the atrial rhythm when this is modified by ventricular contraction; in ventriculophasic sinus arrhythmia in complete AV block the sinus impulse immediately following a ventricular contraction usually appears sooner than expected.
