Location:East of US 35, near Winamac. Winamac Fish & Wildlife Area (seeseparate entry) adjoins the park, on the west side of the highway.
Facilities:112 campsites with electricity, showers, and flush toilets, canoe campwith 10 primitive campsites (tent only), horsemen's camp with 56primitive sites, youth tent camping area, group camp, picnic areas withshelters, playgrounds, playfields, recreation building rental, hikingtrails (22.6 miles), equestrian trails (14 miles), boat ramp, 90-footfire tower (open seasonally), naturalist services (seasonal).
Activities:Camping, fishing, canoeing (no rentals), hiking, horseback riding, cross-country skiing (no ski rental).
Special Features:The Tippecanoe River was once a major highway for the PotawatomieIndians and for Canadian fur traders. Today, the slow and winding riveris ideal for canoeists.
