Regulations of the Interior Service of the Armed Forces of the USSR
regulations defining the general duties of military personnel and relations between them, the rules of order within a regiment and its subunits, and the duties of those in charge of the regiment and its subunits. The regulations apply equally to the military personnel of all units and subunits of the armed forces of the USSR and to all headquarters, directorates, agencies, and departments. On warships, the interior service and officers’ duties are additionally governed by the Ship Regulations of the Navy.
The current Regulations of the Interior Service were approved by the edict of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of July 30, 1975.
