steenth1. adjective An informal shortening of "sixteenth." Typically used in same the manner as "umpteenth," especially in the phrase "for the steenth time." For the steenth time, we are NOT stopping for ice cream!2. noun One-sixteenth of a unit, as of measurement or stock-price points.
