Samarovo Glaciation

(derived from the name of the former village of Samarovo, which in 1950 became part of Khanty-Mansiisk), the maximum glaciation of Western Siberia, correlated with the Dnieper glaciation of the Eastern European Plain. The name was suggested by S. B. Shatskii in 1954.
