Ubagan

a river in Kustanai Oblast, Kazakh SSR; a right tributary of the Tobol River in the Ob’ River basin. The Ubagan is 376 km long and drains an area of 50,700 sq km. It flows north through the Turgai Hollow; in its upper course it passes through Lake Kushmurun. The river is fed by snow. In summer the water is slightly brackish.
