 [soo″do-trunk´us ahr-te″re-o´sus] the most severe form of tetralogy of fallot, consisting of atresia of the pulmonic valve and absence of the main pulmonic artery; the lungs are supplied through a patent ductus arteriosus or from bronchial arteries arising from the aorta.
