Tsalka Plateau

a basalt plateau in the Georgian SSR, in the northern part of the Transcaucasian Highland, in the region of the upper course of the Khrami River. Elevations range from 1,500 m to 1,700 m. The higher parts of the plateau are covered with meadows; the lower areas are planted with crops.
