There is dairying, and cattle, poultry, and nursery plants are raised. Manufacturing includes lighting fixtures and motor homes. Six Flags Magic Mountain is a major tourist attraction. Calfornia Institute of the Arts and The Master's College also are there. The Angeles National Forest is to the north.
