Svecha

an urban-type settlement and administrative center of Svecha Raion, Kirov Oblast, RSFSR. Svecha has a railroad station on the Bui-Kotel’nich line, 138 km southwest of Kirov. It has a flax-processing plant, a butter factory and enterprises for servicing the railroad industry.
