Tsement

(Cement), a monthly scientific and industrial journal; organ of the Ministry of the Building-materials Industry of the USSR. The journal has been published in Leningrad since 1901 (until 1916, under the title Tsement, ego proizvodstvo i primenenie [Cement, Its Production and Uses]; from 1916 to 1932, under the title Portlandtsement [Portland Cement]). It publishes articles dealing with technological improvements, the production of high-quality cement, and theoretical work on problems in the cement industry, as well as general information and reference material. Circulation, more than 7,000 (1980).
