Pick's disease

Dementia associated with atrophy of the frontal and/or temporal lobes of the brain. The disease has three variants: one in which affected patients develop a progressively worsening fluent aphasia; one in which aphasia is not fluent; and one in which loss of social skills and intellectual functions, apathy, and disorientation are most prominent.
