Facilities:Picnic areas/pavilions, canoe/kayak rentals (seasonal), restrooms, multi-use trails, Education Center.
Activities:Freshwater fishing, canoeing, hiking, bicycling, horseback riding, wildlife viewing, educational programs.
Special Features:Freshwater marshes, or "savannas," once extended all along Florida'ssoutheast coast. The Savannas Preserve, which stretches more than 10miles from Fort Pierce to Jensen Beach, is the largest and most intactremnant of Florida's east coast savannas.
