Savinskii

an urban-type settlement in Plesetsk Raion, Arkhangelsk Oblast, RSFSR. Savinskii is located on the Emtsa River, a tributary of the Severnaia Dvina, 10 km west of the Sheleksa railroad station on the Konosha-Arkhangel’sk line. It has plants for the production of cement, slate, and reinforced concrete.
