Verkhozim

an urban-type settlement in Kuznetsk Raion, Penza Oblast, RSFSR. Situated on the Kadada River (a tributary of the Sura), 35 km southwest of the Kuznetsk railroad station (on the Penza-Syzran’ line). Population, 2,600 (1968). The settlement has a cloth factory.
