Soviet-Rwandan Agreements

Diplomatic relations were established between the USSR and Rwanda on Oct. 17, 1963. The two countries concluded agreements on cultural and scientific cooperation (May 6, 1966), on equivalency of diplomas and documents establishing level of education (Sept. 16, 1972), on air transportation (Nov. 30, 1973), and on trade (May 28, 1974).
