Soviet-Sierra Leonean Agreements

Diplomatic relations were established between the USSR and Sierra Leone on Jan. 18, 1962. Subsequently, agreements were concluded on trade (Apr. 26, 1965), on cultural and scientific cooperation (Sept. 7, 1965), on the training of Sierra Leonean cadres in Soviet educational institutions (protocol, June 27, 1970), and on cooperation in radio and television broadcasting (Sept. 3, 1971).
