Soviet-Venezuelan Agreements

Diplomatic relations were established between the USSR and Venezuela on Mar. 14, 1945; they were broken off June 13, 1952, and were restored Apr. 16, 1970. An agreement on cultural and scientific cooperation was signed on Dec. 18, 1975.
