Uglovoe

an urban-type settlement in Primor’e Krai, RSFSR, under the jurisdiction of the Artemovskii city soviet. Served by the Uglovaia railroad station on the Vladivostok-Nakhodka line, 41 km northeast of Vladivostok. Population, 16,700 (1975). Uglovoe has factories for the production of bricks, building materials, and porcelain, as well as repair shops for tires and machinery. Brown coal is mined in the area.
