Vibration Platform

Vibration Platform

a vibration machine designed for packing a concrete mixture during the production of concrete and reinforced-concrete items such as blocks, slabs, wall panels, multicavity floors, elements of suspended spans, and so on in factories or in the field. According to the type of oscillations, a distinction is made among circularly, vertically, or horizontally vibrating platforms or impact platforms; according to their structure, a distinction is made between frame and block types. The oscillations are transmitted from the vibration platform to a form mounted on it, which contains the concrete mixture being packed. This form is mounted to a vibration platform by electromagnetic, pneumatic, hydraulic, or mechanical clamps.
