Vibration-Rolled Concrete

a method of machine-producing large sectional reinforced-concrete structures and items, such as panels, flat and ribbed slabs, or shells. It is based on the packing of a concrete mixture by vibration and rolling of the articles being molded between sizing rolls of a vibration-rolling mill in combination with accelerated cycles of thermal treatment and hardening of concrete.
