Location:65 miles east of the Dallas/Fort Worth area, on Farm Road 316.
Facilities:Campsites with water and electricity hookups, tent camping, primitive campsites, showers, restrooms, day-use group facility, picnic areas, hiking trails, boat ramp, docks, boat rentals, fishing piers, fish cleaning stations, swimming area, park store, playground, amphitheater.
Activities:Camping, boating (with restrictions), fishing, hiking, swimming, interpretive programs (seasonal).
Special Features:The park's unique 355-acre lake was designed specifically for fishing; large catfish, crappie, and largemouth bass are plentiful, although bass fishing is "catch and release" only. Due to the small size of the lake, no more than 50 boats are permitted on the lake at any time.
